You can use olive oil with sugar as a weekly exfoliate and with an essential oil as a daily moisturizer that also works as an anti-aging product,

An exfoliate helps keep skin healthy by removing dead skin cells and improves blood circulation.

Do it at home:

As a moisturizer: Apply a think layer of olive oil after pat-drying yourself from the shower. To add a pleasant smell use a few drops of an essential oil. We love to use lavender oil because it also helps us fall asleep.

Pay special attention to dry areas like elbows, knees and feet.

As an Exfoliate: Take a clean jar and fill it to the top with sugar and then add the olive oil until full. You can add an essential oil like rose oil to add a pleasant smell. In the shower apply your concoction in circular movements all over and then rinse
