Remedies to have beautiful hands

HANDS:

Our hands are often the only part of the body we don't pay too much attention to, even though they're probably the most exposed throughout our daily routine. They serve us from dusk until dawn and we hardly notice that. Given the season change, they'll be put to even more stress than before. However, there's no need to believe that only by buying the perfect hand cream you'll get soft and moisturized hands, as there are others home-made remedies that might serve you just as well, if not actually better.

A wise woman should always know what to use to get great results, especially when she's got plenty of goodies in her own kitchen and has where to choose from.

Some very useful homemade remedies are:

1. you can protect you hands even when doing the dishes without gloves – all you have to do is pour some almond oil (but no more than one tablespoon) in the bottle of cleanser you're usually using, and dry hands will soon be nothing but just a memory for you.

2. An inexpensive hand treatment: 1 Tbs. olive oil and one Tbs. sugar. Massage this mixture over your fingers and on the tops of your hands. After 2 minutes, rinse well with water. The sugar is a natural exfoliant and the olive oil leaves your skin silky and smooth! ( this really works).

3.Mix a tomato juice, lime juice and some glycerin and massage it on the hands if you have rough skin there.

4. Mix 1/3 cup of glycerin and 2/3 cups of rose water and shake well. Keep this solution in a bottle. Massage into your hands as often as possible. Store in cool dry place. It is an excellent nourishing hand cream.

5. An ounce of honey, white portion of an egg, one tsp of glycerin, some barley powder, mix them and apply on the hands, they will be soft.

6. Here are few hand care tips:
-The skin on your hand is thin and delicate; therefore take special care of them.
-Moisturize your hands at least four times a day.
-Use your face exfoliator on your hands once a week.
-For dry hands after washing your hands with soap, wet them again. Pour salt on your hands and then scrub them under water. Dry hands and apply moisturizer on them.
-For greasy hands, after washing your hands rub cornmeal on them.
-Wear rubber gloves while working at home and in the garden.
-Protect and prevent your hands from aging and abuse.
-Protect your hands from the ravages of changing weather.
-Protect your hands while working in the sun.
-The best way to take care of your hands is to protect them on a daily basis.

Exfoliate your hands once a month:

Just like your face and body, your hands need to be exfoliated too. Use a sugar or salt scrub every two to three weeks to slough away the dead skin cells. Your hands will be smoother and softer.

Hope these tips helped u.
